– Voice traffic must be transmitted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing telecommunications, including those related to call origination, termination, and content.
– You are prohibited from using our voice traffic services for illegal or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to robocalling, telemarketing, and voice phishing (vishing).
– You must not engage in any activity that results in excessive or abusive use of our voice traffic services, including sending automated or prerecorded messages without proper consent.

4. User Responsibilities:
– You are solely responsible for the content you transmit or distribute through our Services and for any actions taken using your account. You must ensure that your use of our Services does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties or violate any contractual obligations.
– You must promptly report any violations of this Policy or suspicious activities related to our Services to COMTALK TELECOM, LLC. Failure to report such violations may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our Services.
